If anyone else is interested in this idea, let me know here, and I'll think about creating a chat room for the board

That would be a good idea.

Well it's basically a place where you can talk to people online simultaneously... Like an MSN chat but more people can join in, I suppose... Although, with the new MSN you can have quite a few more people involved in a conversation...
It's like a message board but you can see what everyone is saying straight away instead of waiting for them to post a message...

Oh. I don't have MSN. If you really want a chat room and it won't take up too much of your time and you can get more people because we're not all online at the same time then you can make one. If you really want to.

Well it wouldn't necessarily be an MSN chat room... it's fairly easy to download though - www.msn.com - (just need an MSN or Hotmail email account to log into it)... but I could get a Bravenet one or another one that's good... But I'm not doing it for me, anyway. If anyone else here really, really wants a chat room, I'll see what I can do... I'm not going to make one if only one or two people will end up using it...

Well maybe you can make one for SOS? There's usually lots of people there!

Ask Silly... It's not overly important to me either way, actually...

Maybe you shouldn't bother making one for just 3 people.

Well I wasn't... I was hoping more people might see this and comment, but only you two have so there doesn't seem much point really...

in my experience chatrooms don't get used very much on forums because not enough people are online at any one time (unless it's somewhere like hole.com where about 194 people are online ALL the time : ... i created a chatroom for my forum but nobody uses it lol so i say it's probably not worth the effort toots

Well I'll just wander into the convo ;D I agree with Emma, there's hardly ever more than one person at a time at most forums so unless you make one for people to go talk to themselves in, there's not much point. Altho the other week Maggie left me in a chatroom on my own so I sung 'Number of the Beast' to myself. It was fun! Really it was. And I'm totally sane btw, really I am. ;D

LOL! Hey I've been in a chatroom by myself once... that was weird and pointless Then someone I didn't know came in and went "Hey you like Slytherin?" or something then left before I had a chance to reply But anyway I won't bother making one... 'sif I can be bothered maintaining it, LOL!
