Counselling isn't a bad thing, it can be really helpful. Just getting out your emotions to someone can be good to lift some of the tension and pressure. I always feel better after talking to someone about things that are bothering me... And that's what a counsellor is for, to listen to what you have to say and to give you advice on what you can do...
