LOL just the filing and usual paper cuts I get The payslip machine is temperamental though, which is annoying In my personal life I'd like more sleep, argh! Oh well Eeek paper cuts! They're horrible, they really hurt! Ooo sleep, I've been having problems sleeping. I woke up at 6am this morning and all I could hear was birds singing! Grrrr! ;D I've tried allsorts to get some sleep, last thing was some herbal tablets but they don't work. It's my brain, it never wants to turn off and I lay there thinking about physics or something weird like that! My mum says it's cos I spend too much time on the computer...but that can't be right can it?! ;D A-levels in law, chemistry and physics Physics I love, law is okay but chemistry is horrible! I hate it and it's difficult to get motivated into doing something I hate so much. I wish I'd stuck with maths, that's how bad it is ;D

Eeek paper cuts! They're horrible, they really hurt! Yace indeed... not as much as metal cuts though, ouch! A few months ago I actually slit my finger on a small metal part of a folder while I was filing, it was so painful, and it wouldn't stop bleeding! And we didn't have any bandaids so my boss had to go and buy some for me LOL! I have the same problem. I go to bed at night and it takes ages for me to fall asleep, I just can't shut off my mind. Plus I think I have bad anxiety attacks sometimes, because occasionally I'll go to bed and just start shaking violently, and I don't know why. Sometimes it's because I just genuinely feel sick, and need to get the icky stuff out of my system. But other times it seems to be something more... When I was staying with my b/f those two weeks, I had the problem on a Sunday night... I think I got an hour's sleep, and I had to go to work the next day. I was running a fever as well, it was horrible! And this Saturday night, the same thing happened, I couldn't stop shaking, and it went on until about 5:30am when finally it went away, and I fell asleep. I think I wore myself out ... it's awful And I don't really know what it is... My mum thinks it might be something to do with my diet, as well as exhaustion from too many late nights. So I'm going to start eating more healthily to see if that helps at all... It is quite scary though, and frustrating, I just lie there for hours trembling for no real reason, and it's freaky. I'm not shaking from the cold, either, I tend to feel really hot when it happens... Anyway, I kinda rambled on a bit there Eeeek hard stuff! *mind melts* LOL! I was always hopeless at those sorts of subjects Why are you doing chemistry if you hate it? Or do you have to do it for prerequisites in future subjects?

It must be horrible!! Have you been to the doctors about it to see if they can give you something to stop it happening? You mustn't want to go to bed if you know you might have another attack...I really hope they go away tho cos it sounds terrible Well...when I went to an open day when we could choose which subjects to do, the teacher did this really cool experiment when he set fire to a £10 note but it didn't burn! I was like, WOOOOOW! I wanna do that! So I chose chemistry...but we don't really do fun things like that. I was lied to! ;D Plus we've got a new teacher this year, for the 2 years before I had the coolest teacher ever who I got on really well with and could have a laugh with him but the new teacher's a bit boring *falls asleep during class* ;D

Ooo ouchie! At least you have your boss running around for you tho ;D LOL yup Well someone had to go and get some more, and he wasn't exactly doing anything else Thankies... I've had these things for years though. I'm not sure what they really are. I probably should go to the doctor and find out, but I'm not sure if they'd be able to help. When I told the doctor about my dizzy spells (that I get when I lie down as opposed to standing up), he just stared at me, looking as confused as I felt about it, heh! It's frustrating because they keep me awake. I think I need to keep doing it though so I wear myself out. That's what happened last Saturday anyway.... I ended up sleeping on the floor because I didn't want to annoy my b/f with it, but I was so uncomfortable. Eventually it went away at about 5am and I was able to go back to the bed and go to sleep... but I felt really bad on Sunday. It knocked me for six, I can tell you, heh... LOL aah yeah, those evil liars And yeah, the teacher would have an impact... Too bad it couldn't be a teacher like Lupin or Snape But then you wouldn't be able to concentrate anyway, LOL!

Geez that sounds really bad... I know what you mean about not thinking the doctor can do anything...everytime I go all they do is send me for a load of blood tests and that's it! So I don't bother going anymore. But it's no good you being awake until 5am! If you went, maybe there's something the doctor could do to make it easier for you to sleep? Or have you had a go looking for stuff on the net? Sounds a bit weird...but when my dad was poorly last year he looked for him symptoms on the net, found out what was causing them and got it sorted. Who needs doctors when there's the internet?! But yeah, Dr Jess thinks you should go to the doctor...if he looks at you confused then let him, or he might be able to help...you don't know till you go! Weyhey that rhymed! I'm easily amused LOL oh I dunno about Snape...I'd be way too scared of him! But Lupin, I'd love to have a teacher like him, he's so nice! ;D

Well, I haven't had it for a while, actually. Touch wood I did feel really sick on Saturday, but that was because of the Chinese food I had for dinner, heh My b/f felt sick as well so yeah, we blame that I might have a look around the net to find some symptoms... I just didn't want to make myself paranoid Yup Well if if was "Alan Rickman Snape" I wouldn't be able to stop staring at him And if it was 'David Thewlis Lupin' the same thing would occur

Well it's good that it hasn't happened again for a while *touches wood* Ohhh now that's more like it! I don't think book Snape was supposed to be yummy but movie Snape is! Hurray for whoever cast Alan Rickman as him! *dances around said person*

Well it's good that it hasn't happened again for a while *touches wood* *breaks wood* I seem to keep feeling weird on Saturday nights - it varies from actually feeling physically ill or just getting the "shakes", heh... It wasn't as bad last Saturday though. I actually managed to full asleep before 5am But I kept having all these freaky dreams which woke me up, eesh... *joins in*

Had you eaten or drank anything that could've caused them? Me and my mum take these herbal sleeping tablet things and they make my mum have weird dreams. And the shakes...I was reading somewhere, I think it was on a forum altho I can't remember, about a girl who had those sort of shaking attacks and the doctor said it was down to stress and anxiety and put her on beta blockers. Have you been to the doctors yet, young lady? Cos you should if they've started again. And even if you've not had any more, you should still go! I have spoken.

LOL...
I think it really is just down to anxiety and my mind... I didn't get them this Saturday ;D I was proud, LOL!
Part of me wants to steer clear of medication, which is how I was with the idea of anti-depressants - because I don't want to become addicted to them or too reliant. I'd rather beat it without that sort of thing... Because to me that means I'll be stronger.

Most definitely...I think doctor's are too willing to give out drugs to people for a lot of things when I'm sure there's an alternative. So how are you feeling at the moment? Is sleepsingness still okay? No scaryiness?
